1. Refund eligibility
We accept refund requests in the following cases:

Defective or damaged product upon receipt.

Order error on our part.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal within the legal time limit.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their original packaging.

2. Refund procedure

Return the product to the address indicated using a trackable service.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether or not to accept the refund.

3. Refund times

If the refund is approved, it will be made within 10 working days via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Depending on your bank, the amount may appear in your account within a few days.

4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.

5. Non-refundable products
Certain items are not eligible for refund, including :

Products purchased on special offer, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Earrings for hygiene reasons, except in the event of a defect.
