General Sales Conditions (GSC)

1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the This Prestige website, which specializes in the sale of jewelry and watches. By validating his/her order, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.

2. Product information
The jewelry and watches sold on the site are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may exist due to handcrafting or color display on screens.

3. Prices and payment terms
Prices shown are in euros and include all applicable taxes. Payment methods accepted are: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal and other solutions indicated on the site.

4. Order and validation
Any order placed on the site constitutes a firm commitment by the customer. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud or product unavailability.

5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary according to the carrier or logistical constraints.

6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 10 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal. Returns must be made in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
